So you've decided to join Vocaloid House. Before you can begin, we strongly advise you read these rules and regulations.

Use proper grammar - Those of you who know Monoko know that she is a huuugee grammar Nazi. I'm slightly more relaxed on the issue, but to avoid Monoko's wrath, it's probably in your best interest to use proper spelling, capitalization, punctuation, the works.

Respect your fellow members - The main thing I don't tolerate is disrespect. Of course I don't expect you to be a complete kiss ass, to be respectful to the extent that it's annoying, just be courteous. If a member asks a dumb question, don't make them feel bad, help them out! If you don't like someone else's opinion, then agree to disagree.

Learn the nettiquette - If you are unsure if you can say something or not, lurk a bit and see if anyone else has said something similar. We don't mind cursing, lingo, or sexual references, but remember, this is a PG-13 site.

Listen to your moderators - If a moderator or administrator asks you to stop doing something, then stop. We boss people around for the benefit of the group.

Do not SPAM - SPAM stands for Stupid Posts, Annoying Messages. We can look the other way if you accidentally sound dumb, but we can only do so so many times. Everyone gets 3 private warnings, 10 public warnings, then eternal damnation. (banishment)

Trolling - Light trolling is allowed. The only person allowed to troll hard is the person roleplaying as Neru Akita, and only when he/she is in character. This is not biased or playing favourites -- Neru's personality involves trolling.

Stay in character - You are allowed to remain in character throughout the site, but you MUST find a way to distinguish whether or not you are in character. People must also know who your character is -- not everyone is willing to memorize who's who.

Have fun - This site is supposed to be fun and casual, not a concentration camp. Joke around, have conversations, the works. We want you to enjoy your time here.
