The media forum is for any kind of media; art, books, movies, music, TV shows, and anything as such. This is not restricted to Vocaloid talk -- this is simply aaany kind of media.
Media related games - Media related games (such as "Rate the Song Above You" type games) belong in the game forum, since it is not discussing media.
Media related debates - Depending on how debate-ish it is, media related debates could go into the Debate Center or the Media forum. For example, debating how good a band is belongs in the Media forum, but debating a serious issue that evolved from a band goes in the Debate Center.
Do not berate people based on tastes - If someone likes something you hate, don't berate them about it.
